We are seeking talented and experienced Junior WordPress Designers to join our creative team. As a WordPress Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly websites using the WordPress platform. Your role will involve collaborating with project manager, and other team members to understand client requirements and create customized WordPress websites

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop WordPress websites that meet client requirements and align with the latest industry trends and best practices.
2. Collaborate with project managers to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and provide recommendations on design and functionality.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts to clients and receive feedback for iterative improvements.
4. Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
5. Enhance website performance by optimizing page load times, image compression, and caching techniques.
6. Integrate third-party plugins and tools as required to extend the functionality of WordPress websites.
7. Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify and resolve any bugs or usability issues.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a WordPress Designer with proficiency in latest page builder technologies like UX Builder, Divi, Visual Composer, Thrive, etc. 
2. Excellent English communication and collaboration skills to work with clients requirements and team members.
3. Strong proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization, template development, and plugin integration.
4. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5 & CSS3
5. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
6. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
7. Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to implement them in website design.
8. Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
9. Excellent attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
