Overview
A clinic and small-hospital platform combining practice administration with remote patient monitoring. Vitals stream onto a monitoring wall, tiles light as readings cross clinical thresholds, and an alert can be triaged straight into a booked follow-up appointment.
The problem
Clinics run monitoring, scheduling, beds, billing and inventory in separate systems. The clinical signal that should drive action sits in one tool while the ability to act on it sits in another.
What we did
- 01Built the alert as the hinge: a threshold breach is not a notification, it is the start of a workflow that ends in a booked appointment.
- 02Set clinical targets inline on every vital — systolic under 140, resting heart rate 50 to 100, SpO2 at or above 92, glucose 70 to 180 — so a reading is legible without a reference chart.
- 03Enforced state integrity across modules: a bed cannot change while occupied, a discharge requires a summary.
- 04Typed every mutation into an audit log with an attributed author.
