Mosséra Botanique

Editorial luxury for a botanical skincare brand

A demonstration build. The business, its people and its figures are invented — no real customer records are involved.

Overview

A brand site for a luxury skincare label, built to show that a beauty brand does not have to look like a storefront template. Full-bleed video hero, scroll-driven parallax through layered foliage, and a product presentation that reads like a magazine spread.

The problem

Premium beauty brands are sold on feel. A conversion-optimised template communicates the opposite of what a $84 moisturiser is asking a customer to believe.

What we did

  1. 01Led with art direction rather than layout — the page is a mood before it is a product listing.
  2. 02Used scroll-driven parallax across layered foliage so the depth is felt rather than decorative.
  3. 03Set the whole thing in a serif-and-light-sans pairing with generous negative space, closer to print than to e-commerce.
