Launching an intelligence brand into government procurement
Real engagement, published with the client's permission.

Overview
Global Security Services was expanding into open-source intelligence training and analyst staffing for government agencies, defence and law enforcement. We built the full 90-day go-to-market programme: positioning, messaging architecture, audience segmentation and a dated content and social execution calendar.
Selling intelligence services into government requires credibility before it requires reach. GSS had real operator capability and effectively no public footprint — and the buyers it needed (fusion centres, DHS, mayor and governor offices, defence contractors) do not respond to conventional demand generation.
A launch-ready programme with defined objectives: 5–10 inbound agency inquiries a month, a qualified LinkedIn following, and opened conversations with state and local public safety entities.
