The problem

Medical device investors punish two failure modes: scientific imprecision, and design that looks like it is compensating. The deck had to clear regulatory scrutiny and still tell a story.

What we did

1. 01Held the scientific and regulatory language exactly as the clinical team wrote it, and built the design around it rather than editing for punchiness.
2. 02Separated clinical milestones from commercial milestones so investors could evaluate each on its own terms.
3. 03Structured the information to anticipate diligence questions rather than defer them.
4. 04Kept the visual treatment restrained — in this category, credibility outperforms polish.
