ENT Medical Device Seed Round
Investor deck for a $500K SAFE in procedural intelligence
Real engagement. Client identity withheld under a confidentiality agreement.

- $500K SAFE round supported
Overview
A seed-stage medical device company building a procedural intelligence platform for minimally invasive ENT procedures needed an investor deck that preserved scientific and regulatory accuracy while still making a commercial case. Seventeen slides, first pass in two days.
The problem
Medical device investors punish two failure modes: scientific imprecision, and design that looks like it is compensating. The deck had to clear regulatory scrutiny and still tell a story.
What we did
- Held the scientific and regulatory language exactly as the clinical team wrote it, and built the design around it rather than editing for punchiness.
- Separated clinical milestones from commercial milestones so investors could evaluate each on its own terms.
- Structured the information to anticipate diligence questions rather than defer them.
- Kept the visual treatment restrained — in this category, credibility outperforms polish.
Delivered
- 17-slide investor deck
- Market sizing across sinus and eustachian segments
- Use-of-funds breakdown across prototype, design freeze and IP
- Clinical and commercial milestone structure
