FleetFlow
A logistics command centre, argued rather than described
A demonstration build. The business, its people and its figures are invented — no real customer records are involved.
A concept presentation, not a running application — the navigation is illustrative.

Before you open it
- FleetFlow is a demonstration build, produced by Byte Advisory to show how we design and ship software in this sector.
- The business it depicts, its staff and every figure in it are invented. No real customer, patient or financial records are involved.
- It is open to walk through in full. Anything you change is expected and resets on a schedule.
- Nothing in it is an offer, a quotation or a commitment.
Overview
A concept presentation for last-mile delivery operations. Rather than describing a command centre, the page runs one — live KPI telemetry, a six-stage delivery pipeline, driver-matching visualisation and an animated delay-resolution sequence, all simulated inline.
The problem
Logistics buyers do not believe capability claims. Telling an operations director you can reduce dispatch time is worthless; showing the screen where it happens is not.
What we did
- Built the sales argument as a working simulation rather than a feature list.
- Modelled the full delivery lifecycle from order received to delivered, so the pipeline is legible to an operator at a glance.
- Animated the delay-resolution path — delay detected, route optimised, ETA revised, customer notified — because that sequence is the actual product value.
Delivered
- Live KPI telemetry strip
- Six-stage delivery pipeline with drill-in
- Driver-matching algorithm visualisation
- Fleet status and maintenance view
- Delay-detection and resolution sequence
- Customer-facing tracking view
