  • 90 days Phased launch programme
  • 5–10 Target inbound inquiries / month

Overview

Global Security Services was expanding into open-source intelligence training and analyst staffing for government agencies, defence and law enforcement. We built the full 90-day go-to-market programme: positioning, messaging architecture, audience segmentation and a dated content and social execution calendar.

The problem

Selling intelligence services into government requires credibility before it requires reach. GSS had real operator capability and effectively no public footprint — and the buyers it needed (fusion centres, DHS, mayor and governor offices, defence contractors) do not respond to conventional demand generation.

What we did

  1. Segmented the audience properly — federal intelligence units, state fusion centres, public safety and emergency management, defence contractors and private security each buy differently.
  2. Wrote a positioning statement and four messaging pillars around government-grade expertise, operational readiness, human-led intelligence and compliance-first ethics.
  3. Built a 90-day phased plan focused on establishing authority on LinkedIn and X before any paid activity.
  4. Produced a dated content and social execution calendar so the plan could be run rather than admired.
