Sentry Hedged Growth investor fact sheet

Fig. 01 — Sentry Hedged Growth, investor fact sheet, Q2 2025.

  • 10 yr Performance history presented
  • 3 Benchmarks reconciled (BXM, AGG and strategy)
  • Monthly Newsletter cadence (macro, rates, equities, tech)

Overview

Quarterly investor fact sheet production for an options-based hedged growth strategy: performance tables benchmarked against the Cboe S&P 500 BuyWrite Index and the US Aggregate Bond ETF, risk statistics, and the strategy narrative that has to survive an allocator’s scrutiny.

The problem

Allocator-facing material has to be exact. Every performance figure, capture ratio and risk statistic is checked, and a single inconsistency between the narrative and the table costs the meeting.

What we did

  1. Structured calendar returns across Q2, YTD, one, three, five and ten years against two benchmarks.
  2. Presented risk statistics — annualised standard deviation, upside and downside capture — beside the returns rather than in a footnote.
  3. Wrote the strategy narrative so the mechanism is legible to an allocator who has not seen an options overlay before.
